Are the perfumes original?

Yes, all our fragrances are 100% authentic. Some are carefully formulated in the Kasra Oud factory, while others are formulated in collaboration with professional international factories to ensure quality, durability, and luxury.

Can I try the perfume before buying?

We currently don't offer samplers, but we do provide a detailed description of each fragrance, including its ingredients and durability. You can also contact us for help choosing the right fragrance for you.

What is the exchange and return policy?

We offer the possibility of exchange or return within one day of receiving the order , provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened or unused, and with the invoice.

How long does delivery take within Kuwait?

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days within Kuwait.
