Can I return or exchange a product I purchased from the store?
Yes, you can return or exchange the product within one day from the date of receipt, provided that it is unused, in its original condition, with full packaging and an invoice.
In what cases are returns or exchanges not possible?
- If the perfume package has been opened or used.
- If the original packaging is missing or damaged.
- If more than 24 hours have passed since receipt.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or non-compliant product?
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Will I be charged shipping fees for returns or exchanges?
- In case of an error on our part (wrong or damaged product): We will cover all shipping and delivery charges.
- In other cases: The customer bears the cost of delivery or shipping back and forth.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the return will be processed within one working day within Kuwait and 3-5 working days in the case of shipping outside Kuwait , and the amount will be refunded using the same original payment method.
