1. What is the expected delivery time?

• Within Kuwait: 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

• GCC Countries: 3 to 5 business days.

• Rest of the World: 5 to 7 business days.

2. What are the delivery fees in Kuwait?

• The standard delivery fee is 2 KWD.

• We offer free delivery for orders over 20 KWD.

• Please Note: Deliveries to the following remote or outer areas have a fixed fee of 5 KWD: (Wafra, Sabah Al-Ahmad, Nuwaisib, Al-Khiran, Shuaiba Port, Zour Port, Bnaider, Julaia'a, Dhaba'iya, Mina Abdullah Refinery, Mina Abdullah, Ali Sabah Al-Salem, Umm Al-Haiman, Khiran Pearl City, West Shuaiba Industrial, Shuaiba, Dhaba'iya Chalets, Khiran Residential, Subiya, Umm Al-Naqi, Umm Al-Aish, Shamima, Al-Maghasil, Kabd).

3. What is the shipping cost for international orders?

• GCC Countries: 4 KWD.

• Rest of the World: 7 KWD.

4. Is free shipping available? Yes, we offer free shipping promotions from time to time, especially during special offers and holidays.

5. Are deliveries made on weekends? Currently, we do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

6. How can I track my order?

• From the "My Orders" section on our website (if you have an account).

• By contacting us via WhatsApp (especially if you checked out as a guest).

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

• For orders in Kuwait: Yes, you can modify the address within the first 2 hours of confirming your order by contacting our customer service team.

• For international orders: You can contact customer service to modify the address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched to the shipping company.

8. What happens if I'm not available at the time of delivery? The delivery driver will contact you to schedule another suitable time. We kindly ask you to respond to their attempts to ensure your order is not delayed.
